Wood Fired Roasted Cauliflower
First time dining at Palo Santo, and I was not expecting this to be my favorite dish of the evening. Anytime I recommend this place to someone, I have to mention the Cauliflower app! A must have.
Shrimp Kebab
this was the best restaurant i've been to in a long time! this dish was so good and i love shrimp, my partner had something else but his dish was the best as well !! the ambiance was so inspiring and i have such great memories from this location!!

Dining here was more than a meal it was truly an experience, and I can't wait to return to relive it.

As a food vlogger it is important for me to remain transparent with my audience regarding my experience , the quality of the meal , the drinks , the ambience in relation to the price . This is one establishment where I feel every criteria was met ! The service before even stepping foot into the door was extremely friendly and professional , the staff all take time to check in on guests and every question I had was quickly answered ! The quality of the meals were in fact such ... quality . The ingredients were fresh and at perfect temperature and the cocktails were well crafted . The dim lighting and decor brought an international sense to my experience , making me feel as if I had stepped outside I would be greeting with white sands and a breath taking sunset . To sum this up , go just go and you'll see exactly why this restaurant gets 5 stars from me !
